I don’t have a clue what I want

The design process typically starts with an initial brief discussion, usually over the phone. This is followed by a meeting in person at your property to look at your requirements in more detail and review your current outside space. This initial meeting usually takes about an hour depending on the size of the project. During this meeting, we would normally discuss initial thoughts for the design and suggest a budget so the finished design is within your financial expectations. Stephen would then work closely with you and the first run through would be looking at the use of space and shapes.

Once we have the basic layout agreed we would look at materials, colour, use of texture, etc in order to create the ideal space for you. This may take several drawings. Once you are happy with the design you will receive a quotation for Stephen Davies Landscape Design & Construction to create your new garden.

By managing the whole process Stephen Davies ensures his personal commitment to high standards is reflected in every garden completed.

I already know what I want

If you have a design in mind or already know how you want your garden to look we can provide you with a free quotation to construct your garden project. Therefore the design process would not be necessary.

How much does it all cost?

Stephen will produce a working drawing that anyone could work from. We believe the fee should be kept to a minimum to allow you to spend your money on your garden rather the design. If you engage Stephen Davies Landscape Limited to construct your garden the design fee will be reduced by 25%. Stephen typically charges a design fee between £350 – £1,000 but it is, of course, dependent on the size of the project and the time involved.
